For the past two years East London-based trio O Titus! have been promoting their eccentric brand of rock and roll throughout the nation’s capital. In that time they’ve been winning over punters and promoters in many a London venue and their growing reputation has helped them earn support slots with Babyshambles, Thomas Truax, IMT Smile & Adam Ficek, and shows at O2 Islington Academy, The Fly, 93 Feet East, 229 & Proud Galleries to name a few.
Following their efforts on the London scene O Titus! secured a booking at Slovakia’s Musikeje’08 festival. The success of the festival appearance earned O Titus! an invitation to play a live session on Slovakian national radio. Since then O Titus!’s demos have been receiving regular plays on the Slovakian station Radio_FM and they will be returning to Slovakia in the coming months.
Back in the UK O Titus!’s early demos have been earning the attentions of podcasters and bloggers and they featured on the covermount CD of iPod User Magazine. They spent the second half of 2009 recording new songs & will work on promoting their new material during 2010 with a series of releases and live shows across the UK.
