For the past three years East London-based trio O Titus! have been promoting their eccentric brand of rock and roll throughout the nation’s capital. In that time they’ve been winning over punters and promoters in many a London venue and their growing reputation has helped them earn support slots with Babyshambles, Thomas Truax, IMT Smile & Adam Ficek, and shows at O2 Islington Academy, The Fly, 93 Feet East, 229 & Proud Galleries to name a few.
Following their efforts on the London scene O Titus! secured a booking at Slovakia’s Musikeje’08 festival. The success of the festival appearance earned O Titus! an invitation to play a live session on Slovakian national radio. Since then O Titus!’s demos have been receiving regular plays on the Slovakian station Radio_FM and they will be returning to Slovakia in the coming months.
Back in the UK O Titus!’s early demos have been earning the attentions of podcasters and bloggers and they featured on the covermount CD of iPod User Magazine. They spent 2009/10 recording and writing new songs & will work on promoting their new material during 2011 with a series of releases and live shows across the UK.
